I feel like this week has seen me struggling with I feel like this week has seen me struggling with weight loss but also somewhat finding what my maintenance calories might look like if I were to stop losing weight right now. Not that I’m interested in doing that, but it is kind of nice to know I can still eat sometimes well over 2000 calories a day and not have any substantial gains. What’s weird is I weighed half a pound lighter when I weighed myself in the middle of the night last night than I was this morning. Bizarre, as normally my weight goes down more by morning. So I weighed myself twice, not believing the first attempt. Sure enough: 469! I’ve lost close to 225 pounds so far and it isn’t all going to come off in big chunks anymore. Apparently we are not actually done with the fluct Apparently we are not actually done with the fluctuations I experienced when changing my diet from less than 50 net carbs per day to 150 net carbs per day. The only thing I did differently yesterday was drink a gallon of water on top of everything else I drink during the day.
